Returns & Replacements
We hope that you will be happy with your order. But if you are not entirely satisfied, you do have the option of returning the products you have purchased within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we will only accept returned products if they have not been worn and are in perfect condition. Products must still have all tags and labels affixed. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns at our shop.
If you are based in Germany or another EU country, you can return products free of charge. You will have to pay for the return delivery, though, if you wish to use a different delivery company of your own choosing.
Customers returning products from outside of the EU will have to cover the costs of the return delivery, including any customs duty. We will not accept packages if any charges are outstanding.
Mark the products you wish to return and specify your reason for returning them.
Once you have completed the returns form, place it inside your package along with the products to be returned.
Step 3 (customers in Germany)
If you are based in Germany, attach the address label supplied to the front of your package. Take your package to the post office.
Step 4 (customers in the EU)
Customers from countries within the EU other than Germany can request an address label by emailing email@example.com and quoting the order number.
We will send you confirmation that we have received your package.
Once returns have been confirmed, the amount paid is refunded immediately to the original card/account holder in the same currency used for the original purchase.
If you would like to exchange any products, you will need to place a new order. When you return the products you do not want, we will process a refund as outlined above.
Guidelines for returns
If you have already followed the steps listed above, the following information is for reference only. You do not need to send us a cancellation form too.
We can only accept returned products if they are in perfect condition. If it is obvious that you have worn the products for longer than would be necessary to try them on or if the products are dirty or damaged, we will have to charge you by cancelling your refund for the full purchase price.

Notice of cancellation
If you wish to cancel your contract, you have the following two options:
1.Notice of cancellation by returning products
You can cancel your contract simply by returning the products to us directly within 14 days of receiving them.
2.Notice of cancellation in writing or over the phone
You can cancel your contract in writing (e.g. by email, fax or post) or over the phone within 14 days of receiving the products. In this case, we would recommend that you use our standard form. You will then need to return the products to us within 10 days.
Refund of the purchase price
Once we have received the returned products, we will email you about the pending refund. The refund will be processed without delay. Please note:
– We will process the refund using the same payment method and currency used for the original purchase.
– The outstanding amount will always be refunded to the person who used their card or account to pay for the original order.
