By choosing to order products directly from the manufacturer, you allow us to keep delivery journeys to a minimum as our garment production facilities are located within Europe.

Delivery options

Our logistics partners DHL and UPS take care of deliveries within Germany. All deliveries are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance cover ends as soon as you have accepted your delivery and confirmed this in writing.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO box addresses. If your order is sent out in multiple deliveries, you will only be charged for the delivery costs once.

We process and dispatch orders within our working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00 (times in Germany). Products are ready to be dispatched one working day after payment has been received, if not before.

Order tracking

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email notification containing the DHL or UPS tracking number. You will be able to click on the link in that email to check the status of your order after an hour or two.
