It is not possible to pay for products ordered online in our shop.

All payments and refunds are made in euros (EUR).

Payment by credit or debit card

Select ‘Credit Card’ as the payment method when completing your order.

Transfer and handling fees may be charged by your bank. The customer is always responsible for paying any such fees. Your card will be charged as soon as you have completed your purchase.

Payment by PayPal

Select ‘PayPal’ as the payment method when completing your order. You will be automatically redirected to the PayPal platform. If you are an existing PayPal customer, you can log in using your usual details and confirm the payment. Refunds for returned products are always credited back to the PayPal account used to pay for the order.

Payment by SOFORT instant transfer

SOFORT is an instant transfer service that speeds up the payment process without you having to register.
All you need is a bank account and access to online banking.
Select ‘SOFORT’ as the payment method when completing your order. You will be redirected to the secure SOFORT payment form. Simply approve the automatically generated transfer form by entering your usual online banking details. You will usually receive confirmation that your payment has gone through successfully within a matter of moments after the encrypted transfer. Please note, however, that it may take a few days for your order to be processed if you choose this payment method.
The customer is responsible for paying any transfer fees and bank charges.
Refunds for returned products can only be credited back to the bank account used to pay for the original order.

Prepayment (customers in Germany only)

Select ‘Prepayment’ as the payment method and complete the order.
You will receive an email order confirmation containing our bank details and your order number.
Please transfer the full amount to our account within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Make sure that you use the order number included in the email we sent you as the reference to avoid any delay with us processing your payment.
